Vienna...5th July.

One of the good things about the WU campus is its accessibility to everyone..  Access to the buildings is restricted for the benefit of students and staff but the public can walk through the campus and use the cafes and libraries...

But the next area of Vienna on my walk back to the centre couldn't be more different... ....The Prater Gardens....

You can see it before experiencing it... because of the structures...

The Wurstelprater..... it's assumed to be the oldest amusement park in the world and covers a part of the Prater...

The Praterturm, completed in 2010; 117 metres high...

The giant ferris wheel constructed in 1898..

It is a great place, with restaurants and rides for everyone...

going up....

I reckon I could spend a day at both the Prater and the WU campus......
