Well, it rained virtually all day.... as the forecast said it would do..
So a day writing, 'household' chores and looking after the car..
I waited as long as I could before travelling on the Untersberg cable car..
The weather was closing in onto but I took a gamble that the clouds would clear before the top..

A little further up was a small cafe and cross...
But the weather started to close in again...
I expect that during the skiing season, this looks completely different.. and very busy. There are a number of runs on the side of the mountain; one that seems to go down to the bottom. For those living in Salzburg I can imagine that a hours drive from the centre opens up number of skiing centres but having one on your doorstep must be wonderful...
